This report explores the role of a much underestimated area of ministry in the Church of England - the Local Non-Stipendiary Minister (LNSM). Opinions on the function and merits of the LNSMs have differed among senior figures in the Church. This report aims to help move the debate forward as the Church discusses the future of this aspect of its ministry.
