The Common Worship Lectionary presents the recommended Bible readings (references only) for every Sunday, plus Principal Festivals, worked out for the year between Advent 2013 and Advent 2014.

Readings for weekdays are also included, to accompany Common Worship: Daily Prayer, and a helpful introduction explaining the provisions. The material is set out in the clear Common Worship style.

The Lectionary is available in a range of formats:

·       As a printed booklet in both standard and large sizes

·       As an electronic download, for either spreadsheets or electronic calendars

·       As an App for iPad

Electronic Download versions - please note the versions below are for the CURRENT church year

The electronic lectionary allows you to save readings direct to your computer. It is available in two versions – either as a spreadsheet, allowing you to see the readings in a table format – or as a CSV file, allowing you to import readings into Outlook.

Please note that the CSV will not display properly in spreadsheet software such as Excel, and should not be bought for this purpose.

The Common Worship Lectionary App for iPad

This exciting new version of the Lectionary is now available via the Apple App Store. Although currently only available for iPad, an iPhone version is in development, with other platforms also being considered.

The app is free to download and include a week’s worth of content. A subscription is required to access readings after that date.
